Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data SheWon collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
In short: we collect your name, WhatsApp number and email only when you choose to join our waitlist. We use them solely to tell you when SheWon launches and to send you your launch offer. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing care@shewon.in.
1. Who we are
SheWon™ is a brand owned and marketed by Cherish Care Hygiene™, Vandrapada, Ambernath (West), Maharashtra 421501, India. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Cherish Care Hygiene™ is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data.

We do not collect health information, payment details or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send us health details through the waitlist form.
3. How we use your data
- To notify you when SheWon products launch
- To send you the launch-day offer promised at signup
- To respond if you contact us for support
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send unrelated marketing.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website:
- FormSubmit — processes our waitlist form and delivers submissions to our inbox
- Hostinger — hosts shewon.in and maintains standard server logs
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site
We may also disclose data where required by Indian law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until our launch campaign is complete, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever is sooner. After that, we erase them unless we are legally required to retain them.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may:
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is processed
- Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data
- Ask us to erase your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
To exercise any of these, email care@shewon.in with the subject line "Data request". We aim to respond within 30 days.
7. Unsubscribing
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email care@shewon.in. We will remove you promptly.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted details, email us and we will delete them.
9. Cookies
We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and seek consent where required.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you directly.
